After all, your personal comfort is a huge part of your happiness — which is exactly what we strive for, time after time, assignment after assignment. Fully furnished, high quality private housing at no cost to you is just one of the ways we do just that.

While on assignment, we provide you with furnished, private housing. That's right, private. Your privacy is important to you, and we respect that and value you as an employee. That's why none of our housing is shared. Best of all, it's free to you as a Sunbelt employee. Housing is chosen because of its location relative to the hospital, the neighborhood in which it is located, and the amenities provided. Convenience, Privacy, Comfort, and Quality...You will arrive to a One bedroom furnished private apartment located near the hospital. Utilities will be turned on and waiting for you upon your arrival. We will also assist you in contacting the telephone and cable TV companies. Furnished housing and basic utilities are free, Cable TV, telephone and pet fees are the only items required by you. If you choose to provide your own housing, we offer a generous housing subsidy (determined by geographical location). Some housing subsidies are tax free reimbursements! If you already live in the area, would like to find your own housing, or would like to board with a friend, you may elect to take a stipend instead.
